ELY Partners Meet Online to Plan the Next Steps of the Project

The ELY project partners recently met online for a Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) to discuss key issues related to the implementation of the project and to plan the activities ahead.

The meeting provided an important space for partners to exchange updates, address current challenges and coordinate the next stages of work. Particular attention was given to ensuring that the different project activities remain connected and contribute to the overall objectives of ELY: strengthening energy literacy, supporting inclusive climate education and creating opportunities for young people to become active participants in the energy transition.

Planning the next phase of ELY

One of the main focuses of the meeting was the planning of upcoming activities involving direct training and local conferences. Partners discussed how the ELY Curriculum and its practical educational materials can be used during direct training sessions with educators, youth workers and other people working with young people.

The partners also discussed the role of local conferences as spaces for sharing knowledge, bringing together local stakeholders and creating opportunities to discuss energy, climate change and active citizenship in relation to local contexts.

These activities will help bring the results of the project beyond the partnership and make the ELY approach available to a wider range of educators, organisations and communities.

From cooperation to action

The online TPM was also an opportunity to strengthen cooperation between the partner organisations and ensure a shared understanding of the project’s priorities, responsibilities and upcoming tasks.

As the project moves into its next phase, the partners will continue working together to translate the knowledge and materials developed through ELY into practical educational activities and opportunities for dialogue and participation.

The upcoming direct trainings and local conferences will be important milestones in this process, connecting the work carried out within the project with educators, youth workers, young people and local communities.
